Yes, 100%. Every DEMES product is made exclusively with Halal-certified Canadian meat, with full segregation and documentation throughout our CFIA certified facility. Certification documents are available to wholesale partners on request.

Both. We supply restaurants, cafés and retailers across the GTA at volume-based wholesale pricing, and families can order retail packs (1 kg and 250 g) directly through our online shop.

Yes. We deliver across Toronto and the GTA with a refrigerated cold chain. You can also pick up your order directly from our Toronto facility. Wholesale partners get scheduled recurring deliveries.

Never. Freezing damages the texture of deli products, so DEMES uses a strict 0 to 4 degree cold chain instead, from sealing to delivery. Products arrive fresh, ready to slice and serve.

Unopened, our products keep up to 60 days refrigerated; always check the best-before date printed on the package. Once opened, consume within 5 days and keep refrigerated at 0 to 4 degrees.

It means 90 percent of the product is actual meat, far above typical supermarket deli products. The rest is water, starch, salt and our signature Iranian spice blend. No fillers doing the heavy lifting.

Everything is made from scratch, in-house, at our licensed commercial facility in Toronto, Ontario, certified by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).
